Privacy, photo handling & disclaimer
We collect only what is needed to produce your report, and leave the controls with you.
How your photo is used
Your upload is sent to an AI vision model to generate that single report, then stored with the report in your private account so you can compare trends later. It is never displayed publicly or used to train models.
Storage and deletion
Reports and photos live in a database protected by row-level security, readable only by your account. You can delete an individual report or your entire account from the account page; deletion is permanent.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — only your subscription status and billing period.
Refunds
You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the current billing period. If a technical failure prevented a scan from completing, contact us and we will refund that charge.
